You&apos;re welcome to open your clock, hang it on your wall, and use it during the 90-day return period.To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be returned&#xA0;undamaged and with its original components. Normal use during the return period does not disqualify an item from being returned.Products that have been damaged through accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modification may not be eligible for a return or exchange.Returns or exchanges requested more than&#xA0;90 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.If your clock develops a product-related problem after the 90-day period, please contact us. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging and protective materials.Once your return arrives at our shop and is inspected, we&apos;ll process your refund to the original payment method.<h3 id="exchanges">Exchanges</h3>Changed your mind and would prefer a different Birch Robot clock? We&apos;re happy to help.Eligible products may be exchanged within&#xA0;90 days of delivery through our online returns and exchanges portal.For eligible U.S. exchanges,&#xA0;Birch Robot covers the shipping costs both ways. We&apos;ll provide a prepaid label for you to send the original product back to us, and we&apos;ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement product as well.Once your original item arrives back at our shop and is approved, we&apos;ll process your exchange.If you purchased a clock during a sale or promotion, you may exchange it for another clock with the&#xA0;same regular retail price even if that promotion has ended. You will not lose your exchange value simply because the original item was purchased at a promotional price.Items being exchanged must be returned undamaged and with their original components.<h3 id="refunds">Refunds</h3>Once we receive and inspect your return, we&apos;ll notify you when your refund has been processed.Approved refunds are issued to the&#xA0;original payment method.
